YOUR FARNCOMBE BOAT HOUSE PRICE INCLUDES:
Free gas, free fuel, free bed linen, free pets up to a maximum of 2 dogs per boat, free hairdryer and free television. There is limited car parking near the Boat House, or off-site parking can be reserved in advance free of charge.
Extra Persons - Where a craft can accommodate extra persons, the charges are as follows:
Children under 16 are free of charge when included as extra persons.
Persons aged 16 years and over - an extra £40 per person per week or part week.
SHORT BREAKS
Weekend indicates 3 nights, commencing at 2pm Friday and returning by 9am Monday.
Midweek indicates 4 nights, commencing at 2pm Mondays and returning by 9am Friday, giving an extra day and night for the same price as a weekend.
THE CRUISING AREA FOR SHORT BREAKS IS ALONG THE NATIONAL TRUST RIVER WEY, AS FAR AS WEYBRIDGE AND RETURN. Visitors taking a one week holiday can cruise the River Thames by purchasing a Visitors Licence on entry (approx £20 per day). Cruising on the Basingstoke Canal may also be possible, subject to water levels. You will need to pre-book your passage and purchase your licence direct with the Canal Owners.

To reserve your boat you must pay a booking deposit as follows:
Hire Charge up to £600 = £125 Deposit
Hire Charge over £600 = £150 Deposit
The Balance of Hire
(plus Damage Waiver or Security Deposit) is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Please note: A Security Damage Waiver Premium is payable on every hire and will show on your invoice. This is a single non-refundable payment, which covers you for any accidental damage or loss to the boat or it's equipment whilst on hire to you. The premiums are:
2/4 Berth Boat - £35
4/6 Berths - £40
6 Berths and over - £50
Alternatively, if you advise us in writing in advance, you may pay a Security Deposit which is refunded to you at the end of your holiday, after the craft has been checked and provided that you return the boat and it's equipment on time, undamaged, clean and without any third party claims against you.
These deposits are:
2/4 Berth Boat - £125
4/6 Berths - £150
6 Berths and over - £175
All male or all female groups or mixed groups under 25 years will also be asked for an extra deposit of £25 per head on arrival.
